We are now planning for a International CRM System. Its still a long way before this project will be completed. If you have any suggestion, do let us know.
Would suggest a Entity called "Person" that contains people information (now mostly in Contactstudent), e.g. - Name - ID (NRIC, etc.) - Phone, etc. etc.
From there, Student, Instructor, PotentialCustomers are just children of this "Person" entity with relevant additional fields.
Thus a person can be both a student as well as instructor, etc.
